This application is filed by the applicants / plaintiffs to receive the additional documents, viz., xerox copies of the (i) Marriage Certificate of the 1st applicant / 1st petitioner dated 14.11.2007 and (ii) Power of Attorney dated 31.03.2022 issued by the 2nd applicant / 2nd petitioner in favour of the 1st petitioner, which was adjudicated before Sub Registrar Office, Madhavaram.

2. The learned counsel for the applicants submits that the documents which are sought to be marked as additional documents are just and necessary to decide the issue, thereby seeks to allow the present application, for which, the learned counsel for the respondent has no serious objection.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of present application and taking note of the fact that there is no serious objection on the side of the respondent, this application is allowed and the additional documents shall be marked subject to proof and relevancy. Registry is directed to list the matter before the learned Master for recording evidence on 16.06.2022.
