ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that on a complaint given by one Manimegalai and Sestaseni Ammal, petition enquiry is pending against the petitioner.
4. Under such circumstances, blanket order of 'not to harass' cannot be passed. The petitioners shall co-operate for the enquiry and during the course of enquiry, they shall not be harassed. However, if any cognizable offence is made out, this order would not be a shield against the arrest of the accused.
