.. Respondent Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondent to produce the body of the petitioner's son namely Venkatesan, aged 22 years, before this Court and set him at liberty.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.VIMALA,J.,) This habeas corpus petition is filed by the petitioner / father seeking custody of the his son Venkatesan, aged 22 years before this Court.

2.On instructions, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that it is the case of elopement of the petitioner's son with one Meena and in respect of missing of Meena also there is a case registered at the instance of the father of Meena, at Kangavalli Police Station in Crime No.36 of 2018; the probable inference of the respondent is that the petitioner's son must have eloped with Meena. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.In view of the said submission, the respondent is directed to continue investigation and if and when the respondent come to know about the status of the petitioner's son, the same shall be intimated to the petitioner.
