By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2.The petitioner would state that her husband is the owner of the agricultural lands comprised in Survey No.88/2, measuring about 1.28.50; Survey No.89/1A measuring about 1.14.50, and Survey No.89/1B measuring about 0.16.00, situated at Nadupatti, Omalur Taluk, Salem District, and it was purchased by means of a sale deed dated 4.l2.1950, bearing Document No.240 of 1950, and after his demise, his sons had succeeded to the said estate. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The grievance expressed by the petitioner, is that during the resurvey of the land under UDR Scheme, the third respondent wrongly issued patta in favour of one Periyanna Gounder and the sons of the petitioner's husband, and they are described as sons of Kaliyanna Goundar and the petitioner pointing out the said mistake, submitted a representation dated 4.5.2015, to the respondents and though it was received, no orders have been passed and hence, she came forward to file this writ petition.

4.Heard the submissions of the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, and Mr.V.Subbiah, learned Special Government Pleader, who accepted notice on behalf of the respondents. 5.This Court, without going into the merits of the representation, directs the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 4.5.2015, in accordance with law, after putting on notice, the persons concerned, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner and the persons concerned.
