ORDER
When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the present writ petition has been filed seeking the closure of the High School namely "Sree Vani Nilayam" for the academic year 2025-2026. However, since the academic year has already commenced, the writ petition has become infructuous, and nothing further remains for adjudication. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement in this petition to that effect.
2. Recording the same, the present writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
