2. It is admitted that the petitioner-wife is employed at Chennai and residing at Chennai along with her children.
3. In view of section 19(iii-a) of the Hindu Marriage Act, H.M.O.P. may be tried at the place where the wife resides.
4. In these circumstances, I direct for withdrawal of GOP No.4 of 2013 and FCOP No.190 of 2013 on the file of Family Court, Salem and to transfer the same to the file of Family Court, Chennai.
