Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in paragraph 5(c) of appearing before Respondent Police and singning daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders passed in Crl.O.P.No.4692 of 2021 on the file of this Honble Court, vide order dated 17.03.2021 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.ABDUL LATHIF, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.C.E.Pratap Government Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioners have filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4692 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Section 6(4) of TNSC(RDCS) Order, 1982 r/w 7(1)(9)(2) of EC Act, 1955, in Crime No.14 of 2021, while granting anticipatory bail.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered.
