ORDER

The contempt petition is filed to initiate contempt proceedings against the respondent in non-complying the order of this Court dated 21.11.2024 in W.P.No.13293 of 2024.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the order of this Court dated 21.11.2024 in W.P.No.13293 of 2024, has been complied with and sub-division has been effected by the parties.

3. Recording the same, the contempt petition is closed. It is made clear that as and when the parties have partitioned the property, they shall make an application for grant of patta before the authority concerned, and once such application is made, the same shall be processed within a period of two weeks thereafter.
