O R D E R

The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction, to direct the first respondent to dispose of the appeal submitted by the writ petitioner on 07.08.2017,

challenging the order passed by the third respondent in proceedings dated 13.07.2017.

2. The Headmistress of the school has sent a communication to the Chief Educational Officer in letter dated 13.07.2017, setting out certain recommendations to the Chief Educational Officer.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner stated that the proposal sent by the Headmistress is derogatory in nature and will affect the interest of the writ petitioner. Thus, the writ petitioner preferred an appeal to the first respondent on 07.08.2017.

4. Thus, without going into the merits and demerits of the case, the first respondent is directed to consider the appeal submitted by the writ petitioner dated 07.08.2017 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. However, there is no order as to costs.
