This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.595 of 2023 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Sathiyamangalam Police Station.

2. The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent states that the investigation in this case has been completed and final report was filed on 15.03.2024 through e-filing before the Judicial Magistrate, Sathiyamangalam in C.No.202400215. In view of the filing of final report, nothing survives in this petition to quash the F.I.R.

3. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner herein to work out his remedy based on the final report and the documents relied by the prosecution. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
