This petition is filed to condone the delay of 41 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr.A.M.Venkata Krishnan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Surya, learned counsel for M/s.A.S.Kailasan Associates for the respondent.

Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and since there are no serious objections, the delay of 41 days in filing the appeal is condoned.

Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
