ORDER

(Order of the court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.V.Stalin representing Mr.R.Jayaprakash, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.N.R.R.Arun Natarajan, learned Special Government Pleader for the first respondent and Mr.L.Jai Venkatesh, learned Standing Counsel for the second respondent.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader submits that action under Section 78 has already been initiated. Pursuant to the same, notice was issued under Section 78, which was challenged before this Court and the said writ petition is also dismissed. Learned Special Government Pleader submits that the HR & CE Department would proceed further with the enquiry under Section 78.
