On being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the present miscellaneous petition and by taking note of the fact that a substitution petition has been filed in W.M.P.No.26894 of 2023, seeking to substitute the legal heirs of late Chinnakannu as the writ petitioners, the present miscellaneous petition stands allowed and the Writ Petition is restored.

2. Post the Writ Petition for final disposal on 15.06.2023.
