Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the orders of the first respondent committee in case No. 140 of 2018 dated 09.03.2019 relating to the cancellation of elections to the six Board of Directors of the 4th respondent society and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to permit the petitioners to function as the Board Directors and Office Bearers.

The Writ petition is filed challenging the order passed by the 1st respondent, cancelling the election to the post of Office Bearers of the 4th respondent Society.

2.It is stated that the term of office of the persons elected to the Board of 4th respondent Society is already over. Therefore the prayer sought for by the petitioners has become infructuous.
