This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.01 of 2021 on the file of the first respondent, registered

for the offences under Sections 120B, 406, 408, 409, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 477 A of IPC, 1860.

On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the investigation in Crime No.1 of 2021 has been completed and the final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Erode on 14.02.2025. The same has not yet been taken on file. Hence, the prayer sought for has become infructuous.

3. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
