The applications have been filed seeking for stay and to set aside the order dated 04.03.2022 passed by the learned Master in E.P.No.36 of 2021.

2. The learned counsel for the applicant has filed an affidavit of undertaking dated 26.04.2022 in A.No.1858 of 2022 stating that he would vacate the premises by 15.06.2022 as directed by the Master, without prejudice to his rights in the SLP and the same is recorded.
