ORDER

The present revision is preferred against the order granting stay of operation of decree of lower Court in I.A.76 of 2011 in A.S.No.38 of 2011. This case came up before this Court on 03.4.2018. This Court directed the Registry to obtain information as to whether A.S.No.38 of 2011 on the file of Sub Court, Arani is still pending. The Registry has informed the Court that the said appeal in A.S.No.38 of 2011 has been disposed of by the Appellate Court on 13.08.2013.

2. There is no representation for the petitioner. However, in view of the information provided by the Registry, this Court does not doubt the same and this Court holds nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, this revision is dismissed as become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
