Prayer : Criminal Revision Case has been filed under Section 397 r/w Section 407 of Cr.P.C., to call for the records in connection with Crl.M.P.No.923 of 2021 on the file of the learned Additional District District, Presiding Officer, Special Court, EC & NDPS Court, Salem in order dated 24.11.2021 and same may be set aside and consequently order to return the Groundnut stock of 212.22 Quintal which is custody of the respondent.

ORDER

When the matter was listed for hearing on earlier occasion i.e., 05.06.2024, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Thus, this Court passed an order, directing the Registry to list the matter on 05.06.2024 under the caption "For Dismissal".

2. Even today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner and therefore, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this Criminal Revision Case.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case stands dismissed for non prosecution.
