2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) states that for enquiry, he was telephonically informed to attend. Instead of attending the enquiry, the petitioner has approached this Court. If he attends the enquiry and cooperate with the enquiry, there is no necessity to take any coercive steps against him.
