This Court vide order dated 03.04.2023, directed the petitioners to pay the interim maintenance for a sum of Rs.20,000/- to the fourth respondent on or before fifth of every English Calendar month till the disposal of the main writ petition.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the aforesaid order dated 03.04.2023, was not complied with by the petitioners.

3. In view of the above, the interim stay already granted by this Court vide order dated 03.04.2023 in W.M.P.No.10313 of 2023 in W.P.No.9317 of 2023 stands vacated. Accordingly, the petition in W.M.P.No.10313 of 2023 is dismissed.
