O R D E R

The Revision Petitioner is the 2nd defendant in O.S.No.105 of 2009 on the file of the learned Principal District Munsif, Vandavasi, Thiruvannamalai District.

Summons was served on 2nd defendant and also vakalath

was filed on 17.08.2009. Since no written statement was filed, she was set ex-parte on 18.09.2010. An application was filed in I.A.No.404 of 2014 in O.S.No.105 of 2009 to set aside the aforesaid ex-parte order. The trial court rejected the application by an order dated 02.12.2014.

The Revision Petitioner is against the aforesaid order. 4.

The 2nd defendant was set ex-parte on 18.09.2010 and she filed I.A.No.404 of 2014 in O.S.No.105 of 2009 to set aside the exparte order. The trial court came to the conclusion that no reasons were given to set aside the ex-parte order. I do not find any infirmity in the said order.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed. 01.10.2015 tsi
