Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.MARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.L.CHARLES PREM KUMAR,Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6031 of 2021 for the offence punishable under section 10 of POCSO Act, 2012 and section 506(i) of IPC in Crime No.1 of 2021.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered.
