Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. G.RAVIKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.LEONARD ARUL JOSEPH SELVAM, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.11797 of 2021 in Crl.A.No.557 of 2021, dated 10.01.2022. 2.
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/appellant.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition without any deviation.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the condition imposed vide order dated 10.01.2022 made in Crl.M.P.No.11797 of 2021 in Crl.A.No.557 of 2021 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court, on 1st working day of every month at 10.30a.m. until further orders.
