within a time limit.

ORDER

The writ petition has been filed in the nature of a mandamus seeking payment of eligible amount under the 14th Wage Settlement dated 24.08.2022 to the petitioner.

2. The learned standing counsel for the respondents stated that the eligible amount would be paid to the petitioner together with interest at the 6% per annum.

3. Recording the statement of the learned standing counsel for the respondents, a direction is given to the respondents to pay the eligible amount payable to the petitioner together with interest at 6% per annum from the date retirement till the date of disbursement. The entire exercise must be completed within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
