Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents Nos.1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.05.2010, 23.08.2012 and 16.01.2014 and thereby direct them to issue a direction directing the respondent Nos.5 & 6 to remove/delete the petitioner's name from immigration warning/banned/Black List vide Old Passport No.901P91557.

ORDER

When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 has produced a communication dated 11.06.2015 which reads as follows: '2.The LOC in respect of Mano Bichemane has been deleted. The Hon'ble High Court may be informed accordingly for the dismissal of the case.'

2.Hence, the prayer of the petitioner is met with. Accordingly, this writ petition stands closed. Consequently, connected M.P. is also closed. No costs.
