This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in W.L.O.R.No.4 of 2025 on the file of the respondent registered for the

offences under I Part - C Sl.No.55 u/s.2(16)9, 39(1)(a), (b), (c), 3(c), 50 R/W 51 in Wildlife Protection Act, 1972.

2. When the matter was listed on 26.03.2025 & 27.03.2025, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was ordered to be listed on 01.04.2025 under the caption "for dismissal". Even today i.e. 01.04.2025, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
