ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent for further investigation in Crime No.1364 of 2020 on the strength of the complaint dated 09.01.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the second respondent registered an F.I.R in Crime No.1364 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Section 174 Cr.PC and after completing the investigation, the second respondent has dropped the further action on 24.04.2021. In fact, a copy of the referred charge sheet also served to the petitioner.

3. In view of the above submission, further investigation https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

cannot be ordered and hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the second respondent is directed to serve a copy of the referred charge sheet to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
