C.M.P.No.14924 of 2022 in S.A.No.295 of 2021 P.T.ASHA, J., The above Petition is filed to permit the petitioner to file additional documents to prove that the residential building was constructed in the year 1990 with permission of the CMDA and Madras Corporation with necessary fees with Map/Plan/Sketch.

2. The learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the above Petition stating that he would file a proper Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn, granting permission to the Petitioner to file a proper Petition.

4. Considering the fact that the above petition has been withdrawn the documents that have been filed along with the petition also returned to the counsel.

5. Post the matter on 17.04.2024.
