Mr.K.V.Sajeev Kumar, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for R1 and Mr.K.Balakrishnan, learned Standing Counsel accepts notice for R2. The contesting respondent/R2 has furnished instructions to the learned Standing Counsel to enable a final disposal of this matter even at this juncture. Hence at request of both learned counsel, this matter is disposed finally even though listed for admission.

2.The petitioner seeks a mandamus simplicitor directing the respondents to consider his representation dated 22.08.2022 seeking vacating and handing over of the premises at Door No.320, Naranambedu Village, Sholavaram, Chennai-600 067 within a time frame to be fixed by the Court. 3.Since the appropriate authority to dispose a representation will be R2 and the petitioner has filed a representation seeking the identical prayer as in this writ petition before R2 as well, Mandamus is issued to R2 to dispose representation dated 19.05.2022 within a period of four (4) weeks from the date

of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing the petitioner and in accordance with law. No costs.
