When the matter is taken up for hearing today, it is represented by the learned Government Advocate that the directions issued by this Court in W.P.No.8138 & etc batch of 2020 dated 04.08.2020 has been complied with and a compliance report dated 22.10.2021 has also been filed to that effect. This fact has also been acknowledged by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
