This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the first and second respondents to consider the representation dated 04.03.2025 and 15.03.2025 made by the petitioner herein and pass appropriate orders for granting permission to conduct protest meeting at LIC, Vaniyambadi Bus Stand Tirupattur District on 24.03.2025 at 04.00 pm.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents 1 to 3 and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the representations submitted by the petitioner dated 04.03.2025 and 15.03.2025 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, on or before 22.03.2025.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition petition is disposed of. No costs.
