PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the order of the second
respondent herein in No.A3/9180/2011 dated 30.06.2011 insofar as directing to recover a sum of Rs.1,58,101/- from the DCRG amount is concerned, quash the same and consequently direct the respondents herein to confer all the retirement benefits with due regards to petitioner's seniority and also confer the pension along with interest.
