Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents particularly the 4th respondent Sub-Divisional Executive Magistrate Cum Revenue Divisional Officer, Salem herein to rescind or cancel the order dated 02.03.2015 and 09.03.2015 in ROC.No.09/2015/A2 passed by the 4th respondent and further direct the respondents to permit the petitioner and his community people to take part in the temple Kumbabhiseka Festival in Sri Sailagrishwara Koil at Thirumalaigiri Village and Sri Varadharaja Perumal Koil in Vedukathampatti Village, Salem District as and when the same was conducted.
