The present Application has been filed to permit the applicants/respondents to file the documents as per the list filed with the application.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that Documents listed in SL.Nos.3 and 5 were already marked as Ex.P10 and Ex.P6 respectively. He would further object to Document No.13 and it is not a complete document and it is only a 3rd page of the document.

3. In view of the same, the application is rejected in respect of Documents 3, 5 and 13. The application is ordered in respect of other documents subject to production of original and also to proof, relevance and admissibility.
