ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to conduct a speedy enquiry on the petition filed by the petitioner dated 30.11.2015 under Section 133 of Cr.P.C., which is the subject matter in M.C.A4.No.10055/2015, dated 29.07.2016, pending on the file of the 1st respondent. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the petitioner has filed the petition under Section 133 Cr.P.C., on 30.11.2015, till now the 1st respondent did not complete the enquiry.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that the 1st respondent may be permitted to complete the enquiry within a period of three months.

5.In view of the above, the 1st respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
