(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to extend the time for executing sureties as directed in paragraph 9(b) of the order passed in Crl.OP.No.7540 of 2020 dated 18.05.2020.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.7540 of 2020 dated 18.05.2020 to execute sureties is extended. The petitioner shall surrender and execute a bond for Rs.10,000/- with two sureties to the likesum before the concerned Magistrate within two weeks from the date of lifting of lockdown or regular functioning of Courts whichever is earlier. However, the petitioner is directed to comply with the directions imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.7540 of 2020 dated 18.05.2020 with regard to appearance before the respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
