When the matter was posted on 12.03.2021, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this Court directed the Registry to list the matter on 16.03.2018 under the caption "for dismissal".
2. When the matter is listed today under the caption 'for dismissal', the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks further time without any valid reason. The petitioner has come forward with a limited prayer for considering the representation. The petitioner has not produced the sale deed that was presented for registration as referred to in the petition. interested in prosecuting the Writ Petition. Hence, this Court is not inclined to give further adjournment unnecessarily, accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. It is open to the petitioner to file another writ petition after reviewing his application, for appropriate relief.
