This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 241 days in representing the Civil Revision Petition in C.R.P.SR.No.90753 of 2023.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to following condition:

" the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to the credit of "Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai".

3. The petitioner on complying with the above condition, the Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petition in C.R.P.SR.No.90753 of 2023, if it is, otherwise, in order and list the matter next week.
