O R D E R

The petitioners filed this miscellaneous petition to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.1736 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.33005 of 2019 on 19.02.2020 that the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent Police fortnight i.e., on 1st and 15th of every month at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
