This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to investigate the case in Crime No.227 of 2019 on the file of the respondent Police and file a final report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate.

2. Heard Mr.G.Nirmal Krishnan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that though First Information Report is registered, final report has not yet been filed.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor seeks three weeks time to file final report.

5. Submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded.

6. Accordingly, the respondent Police is directed to file a report, before the concerned Court, within a period of three months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
