O R D E R

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents 2 to 7 to protect the standing trees as per the order dated 24.02.2011 passed by the first respondent in proceedings No.F3/31202/2008 by passing orders on the representation dated 11.03.2015 and 12.03.2015.

2. Since this Court has already directed the District Collector, Thiruvallur District to protect the standing trees as per the orders passed by the Commissioner of Land Administration dated 24.02.2011 in WP No.7900 of 2011, no further consideration is required in respect of the relief

as such sought for in the present writ petition. The District Collector, Thiruvallur District shall initiate appropriate actions, based on the orders of the Commissioner of Land Administration, as expeditiously as possible.
