With the consent of the learned counsel appearing on either side, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.
2. Heard Mr.C.Selvasekaran, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Rajeswaran, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents.
3. This writ petition has been filed praying to direct the first respondent to pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 23/3/2015.
4. According to the petitioner, the *District Panchayat Member, Ward No.1, Thiruvallur District has produced a false Community certificate. However, in the present writ petition, the said *District Panchayat Member, Ward No.1, Thiruvallur District has not been arrayed as a party respondent. In any event, if already, a representation is pending, it is open to the first respondent to consider the same, it will be appropriate for the first respondent to consider the same, since the allegation is that false community certificate has been produced.
5. In the light of the above, without going into the merits of the allegations made by the petitioner as against the *District Panchayat Member, Ward No.1, Thiruvallur District there will be a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23/3/2015, on merits and in accordance with law, after notice to the *District Panchayat Member, Ward No.1, Thiruvallur District and all concerned, within a period of three months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
