The order of the Writ Court does not give any specific direction to the demand of the petitioner with regard to the grant of terminal benefits

continuously, but, has directed the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation on its own merits.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that pursuant to the order of this Court, full benefits have not been extended to the petitioner and that the petitioner is entitled for further monetary benefits. If that be so, the petitioner is herein granted liberty to make an appropriate claim for the un-paid amounts out of the terminal benefits/pensionary benefits to the respondent, in accordance with law.

3. In view of the action taken by the respondents in making some payments, pursuant to the order of this Court, the disobedience cannot be termed as willful.

4. With the above observations, the contempt petition stands closed. However, there is no order as to costs.
