This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 11.03.2022 made in W.M.P.No.5648 of 2022 in W.P.No.5546 of 2022.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner submitted that the Respondent herein proceeded to subdivide the property without informing the Court at the time of passing of interim order.

3. From the records, it is seen that pursuant to the interim order dated 11.03.2022, property was subdivided and separate pattas were issued on 20.03.2022 and the same was dowloaded from the website. Hence, I find no willful violation on the part of the Respondent in violating the interim order of this Court.
