O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to issue community certificate to the petitioner's sons viz., 1)G.Mannaru and 2)G.Suresh that they belong to Kondareddis (ST) Community, based upon the community certificate already issued to the petitioner.

2. The main grievance of the petitioner is that an application preferred by him on 05.03.2018, to issue community certificate to his sons, was not taken into consideration by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent till date and no order has been passed with reference to the issuance of the community certificate. It is stated that the petitioner belongs to Kondareddis (ST) Community and probably the petitioner has also obtained community certificate. Since, the petitioner has already been issued with community certificate, a direction may be given to the respondent to issue community certificate to his children within the specified time.

3. Considering the submissions, this Court directs the Revenue Divisional Officer to pass appropriate order based on the representation made by the petitioner dated 05.03.2018, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. It is made clear that this Court has not considered the merits of the matter and it is for the respondent to consider the same at the time of disposing the application.
