Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on 12.10.2011 by this Honble Court in M.P.No.1 of 2011 in Crl.A.No.631/2011.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.GURURAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S E.RAJA, PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The above petition is filed praying to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners on 12.10.2011 in Crl.M.P.No.1 of 2011 in Crl.Appeal No.631 of 2011.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that due to the petitioners health condition, they are not in a position to sign every month.

3. Learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions imposed by this court without any default.

4. In the circumstances, this court is inclined to modify the order dated 12.10.2011 passed in M.P.No.1 of 2011 in Crl.A.No.631 of 2011. Accordingly, the petitioners shall appear before the Principal Sessions Judge, Cuddalore at 10.30 a.m., on the first working day, once in three months, pending appeal.
