Mr.S.Ilamvaludhi, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted a letter dated 13.09.2019, addressed to the Registrar (Judicial), High Court of Madras, informing that he has got instruction from the client to withdraw the writ petition. The said letter is taken on record. An endorsement to the said effect is also taken from the learned counsel for the petitioner.
