Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to stop the construction on the road and in front of petitioner's house by respondents 4 to 7, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 04.06.2015.

ORDER

Alleging that after demolishing the private property, certain third parties, namely, a group headed by respondents 4 to 7 are trying to put up a fresh construction of a temple, the petitioner made a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation to the respondents 1 to 3. Seeking further action on the pending representation, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. This Court is not willing to go into the factual aspect. While it is the case of the petitioner that it is a private property, it is the case of the private respondents that it is a public property. Suffice it is to direct the respondents 1 to 3, as the case may be to pass appropriate orders on the pending representation of the petitioner dated 04.06.2015 by affording opportunity to the petitioner as well as to the private respondents within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In the meanwhile, status quo as on date shall be maintained.
