the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the concerned records in Na.Ka.No.A2/612/2015 u.e.(uoo) dated 09.06.2016 passed by the first respondent in so far as the petitioner is concerned and quash the same and consequently, direct the first respondent to post the petitioner in the same post as President, Kunnam Panchayat Union, Villupuram District.
For Respondents : Mr.V.Nanmaran, AGP (both the petitions) COMMON ORDER The writ petitions have filed challenging the proceedings of the 1st respondent in connection with the orders passed by him in G.O. (Ms) No.125, Rural Development and Panchayat Raj (E5) Department, dt 21.9.2015 and G.O.Ms.No.127, Rural Development and Panchayat Raj (E5) Department, dt 21.9.2015 causing heavy financial expenditure to the Village Panchayat Fund under Sec. 188 of the T.N.Panchayats Act 1994 and art. 243 G TO J of the T.N.Panchayats Act 1994 and quash the same.
2. When the case was taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that he has already given change of vakalat long back and informed the parties.

The learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that these writ petitions have filed challenging the orders passed by the first respondent in G.O.Ms.No.125 and 127, Rural Development and Panchayat Raj (E5) Department, dated 21.09.2015 and the period of tenure of the petitioners has already over which relates to the period 2015 and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition.
4. Such view of the matter, these writ petitions stand dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
