Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying this Court to direct respondents 1 and 4 to find out the whereabouts of the petitioner's husband, Sabapathy, S/o Subramani, aged about 51 years, from the illegal custody of respondents 5 to 7 and produce him before this Hon'ble Court and set him at liberty forthwith.

ORDER
(DELIVERED BY DR. S.VIMALA, J.) The present petition has been filed by one , Elavarasi, seeking a direction to respondents 1 to 4 to find out the whereabouts of the petitioner's husband, Sabapathy, aged about 51 years from the illegal custody of respondents 5 to 7.
2. When the matter is taken up, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor submits that there is no illegal detention and it is stated in the status report that Sabapathy was arrested and, thereafter, released on bail by the order passed by the Vacation Sessions Judge, Madurai on 11.5.18 in Cr. M.P. No.55/18. Thereafter, the accused after producing sureties, was released from the Central Prison on 19.5.18. The status report filed by the learned Addl. Public Prosecutor is taken on record.
3. From the above, it is evident that there is no question of illegal detention by respondents 5 to 7, as the accused has been arrested and, thereafter, released on bail. Recording the above submission of the learned Public Prosecutor, this habeas corpus petition is closed.
